If you didn't get your third stimulus payment, you may be eligible for the Recovery Rebate Credit.

All first and second round stimulus payments were sent out by the IRS. Individuals who didn't qualify for the third Economic Impact Payment or did not receive the full amount may be eligible for the Recovery Rebate Credit based on their 2021 taxes. If you didn't get any payments or got less the full amounts, you could qualify for a tax credit.

What is the Recovery Rebate Credit?

Like last year, the Recovery Rebate Credit is a credit that can be claimed on your 2021 taxes if you did not receive your full stimulus payments.

You will need to know the amount of any stimulus payments already made to you in order to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit.

How can I find more information on my stimulus payments?

You can find how and when your stimulus payments were issued using the Get My Payment tool created by the IRS.
